You will analyze and manage business requirements for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process modeling.
• Capture business requirements, maintain exceptions, and submit Risk Assessments while collaborating with Engineers on solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement IAM solutions streamlining access management.
• Assist with Agile/SAFe processes and generate weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for the IAM program.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and incorporate feedback into the product backlog.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge applying Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of IAM principles, including Modern Authentication, Least Privilege, and PAM.
• Ability to elicit, research, and document requirements using techniques like use case analysis and journey mapping.
• Effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills for complex efforts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Financial Services industry applications and standards.
