Analyze and manage business requirements for enterprise systems, focusing on IAM solutions and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements through stakeholder interviews and process modeling.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop IAM solutions, maintaining exceptions and submitting Risk Assessments.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, incorporate feedback into the product backlog, and support Agile/SAFe processes.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for the IAM program.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, including Modern Authentication, Least Privilege, and PAM.
• Experience applying Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to elicit and document requirements using use case analysis and journey mapping.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Financial Services industry applications and standards.
