Description

You will lead and mentor a team overseeing enterprise systems initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Promote best practices in systems implementation and system management across Technology, Business, and Consultant teams.
• Work with business leaders and stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and document current practices.
• Research alternatives for systems, advising on buy vs. build decisions aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the promotion and preparation of all technology documentation, including Charters and ROI Analysis.
• Facilitate team interaction and identify critical issues within the Enterprise systems team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of successful experience in an enterprise environment and leading people.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards.
• Understanding of application programming, database, and system design principles.
• Experience managing resources within project schedules and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor members, and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Project or Project Libre.
• Familiarity with IFS, Salesforce, Bid Tracer, AP Automation, and Time Keeping tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new business teams, including leadership in acquisitions.
