Description

Lead and mentor a team overseeing enterprise systems initiatives, ensuring best practices in implementation and management across Technology, Business, and Consultant teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and define requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to document current practices.
• Research systems alternatives and advise on buy versus build decisions aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the preparation of technology documentation, including Charters and ROI Analysis.
• Facilitate team interaction, identify critical issues, and resolve conflicts within the enterprise systems team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of successful experience in an enterprise environment leading people.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards.
• Understanding of application programming, database, and system design principles.
• Experience managing resources within project schedules and budgets.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Project or Project Libre.
• Familiarity with IFS, Salesforce, Bid Tracer, AP Automation, and Time Keeping tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new business teams, including leadership in acquisitions.
