Description

Manage regional voice infrastructure projects and provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise voice operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations, upgrades, and deployments of Cisco CUCM, CUCS, and voice recording systems.
• Lead project delivery by creating high-level and low-level designs for voice infrastructure.
• Provide onsite support for user testing and coordinate phone deployments during site or floor migrations.
• Resolve business-impacting issues through in-depth evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal project managers, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco SME, and Cisco Gateways (H323/SIP).
• Proven experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and enterprise voice operations.
• Ability to perform system design assessments and optimization based on user requirements.
• Experience managing low-level technical delivery for voice infrastructure projects.
• Cisco Voice technical certification.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of trading floor and telecommunication technologies including IPC, Cisco, or Avaya.
