Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support RunMyJobs (Redwood) scheduling environment.
• Create and maintain automated job schedules and workflows.
• Monitor batch jobs and resolve job failures.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
• Configure alerts and notifications for critical jobs.
• Integrate scheduling solutions with SAP systems and databases.
• Support file transfer and API-based integrations.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Experience Required:

• 5-14 years of experience in workload automation or job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with RunMyJobs or Redwood Scheduler.
• Good understanding of batch processing and workflow automation.
• Experience with SAP integration and SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with SQL and database operations.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience troubleshooting production and scheduling issues.
• Understanding of API integrations and file transfer processes.
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge is a plus.

Education: B.Tech, B.Sc., or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
