Description

You will manage and support the RunMyJobs (Redwood) scheduling environment, ensuring reliable batch processing and workflow automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated job schedules and workflows for production environments.
• Monitor batch jobs, resolve failures, and perform root cause analysis for production issues.
• Integrate scheduling solutions with SAP systems, SAP HANA, and databases.
• Configure alerts and notifications for critical jobs and support file transfer and API-based integrations.
• Maintain system documentation and support testing, deployment, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in workload automation or job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with RunMyJobs or Redwood Scheduler.
• Strong understanding of batch processing, workflow automation, and Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with SAP integration and SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in SQL and database operations.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience troubleshooting production and scheduling issues.
• Understanding of API integrations and file transfer processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
