Define and operate architecture governance processes to align change initiatives with enterprise vision and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with long-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Domain Architects to apply standards and develop reference architectures and design patterns.
• Communicate architectural principles, standards, and visions to stakeholders to address concerns.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on the enterprise.
• Manage and improve workflows and processes using Jira to enable enterprise architecture functions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in architecture or related technical roles.
• 2+ years of experience using Jira for workflow management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and think conceptually across unrelated situations.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
• Experience embedding platform thinking into architectural designs.
• Willingness to learn visual applications such as Kibana and Elastic.
