Define data networking solutions and oversee legacy telco services including broadband, cloud, and wireless mobile services.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Guide the data networking services lifecycle from strategic planning through operations and financials for broadband circuits.
• Specify business requirements for current and future services using wireless mobile and Data Networking expertise.
• Assess Voice and Data Networking technologies to manage the legacy portfolio and define future roadmaps.
• Manage general technology incidents and drive them to resolution, including responding to customer and agency escalations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network architecture or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices.
• Expertise in Data Networking and Cloud networking.
• Experience deploying and managing commercial broadband circuits.
• Familiarity with wireless mobile solutions and device configuration using MDM.
• Experience performing technology and operational assessments for legacy systems.
• Demonstrable experience in networking incident management.
• Understanding of service management best practices, including contract and vendor management.
