Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Master Data Management (MDM) objects while supporting data modernization efforts. This role is on-site in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop information architecture for MDM platforms, including hierarchies, workflows, match and merge, and survivorship rules.
• Build and maintain data import/export processes, batch processes, and user interfaces.
• Support the development and administration of the Integrated Data System and the Data Lake initiative.
• Develop and execute Quality Assurance protocols and support business intelligence implementation.
• Optimize database solutions and maintain scripting languages for automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server (2012 or later) and RDBMS concepts.
• 3+ years of direct experience in MDM design, development, and operations using an MDM tool suite.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with a Master Patient Index (MPI).
• Expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and complex query development.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Experience developing and utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and database design/optimization.
• Experience working within Cloud Platforms.
• Significant experience in public health or health data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial MDM solutions such as Informatica.
• Proficiency with SSMS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Background in Healthcare Informatics.
