1 Architecture & Strategy
Define and own enterprise IAM architecture using Microsoft Entra ID
Design scalable identity solutions for cloud-native and hybrid environments
Establish IAM standards| policies| and governance frameworks
Develop HLD/LLD architecture documents and roadmap for identity strategy____
2. Identity & Access Management
Design and manage identity lifecycle (joinermoverleaver processes)
Implement authentication and authorization frameworks
Drive enterprise adoption of SSO| MFA| Conditional Access| and Identity Protection

Architect role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC)
3. Hybrid Identity & Integration
Architect and manage hybrid identity using Entra ID Connect / Cloud Sync / ADFS Integrate enterprise applications using SAML| OAuth| and OIDC protocols
Enable seamless identity federation across internal and external systems
Drive identity integration across platforms including SaaS| on-prem| and third-party apps ___
4. Security & Compliance
Implement Conditional Access policies| MFA| and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)Design identity solutions aligned with Zero Trust architecture
Conduct audits| ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards
Define identity security baselines and risk mitigation strategies ______
5. Automation & Modernization
Develop automation using PowerShell| Microsoft Graph API| and workflows
Drive IAM modernization and transformation initiatives
Optimize identity governance and operational efficiency
Enable self-service capabilities (password reset| access requests| etc.)
6. Operations & Governance
Provide L3 architectural support for complex identity issues
Perform capacity planning| monitoring| and optimization of Entra ID services
Lead technical governance forums and architecture reviews

Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills
Strong expertise in: oMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Active Directory (On-Premises & Hybrid)
Identity protocols: SAML| OAuth 2.0| OpenID Connect
Hands-on experience with:

Conditional Access| MFA| PIM
Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management
Automation using PowerShell and Graph API
