Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and migration of identity and access management solutions using Entra ID.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own installation, configuration, and application onboarding for full technical integration.
• Design and implement identity federation using OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and legacy concepts.
• Configure Entra Connect for user and password synchronization and manage claims customization.
• Execute application migrations and implement conditional, adaptive access, and MFA features.
• Collaborate with operations to identify applications and ensure technical requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with 2-3 Entra ID implementations.
• Deep understanding of AD, Directory services, and CIAM implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and application onboarding.
• Proficiency in scripting via PowerShell, Shell, or Perl.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Identity Governance and end-to-end access management testing.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of development experience in any programming language.
• Previous experience in client-facing or lead roles with international clients.
