Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM professional with strong hands-on expertise in:

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

SSO, SAML 2.0 and OIDC/OAuth2

Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles

IAM operations and troubleshooting

ServiceNow/Jira (ITSM processes)

PowerShell and Microsoft Graph

Incident, change and problem management

Customer-facing communication and documentation

Candidates should ideally have 5-9+ years of experience in IAM/WAM environments and a proven background supporting Microsoft Entra ID in production.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft Entra ID environments and SSO-enabled applications.

Troubleshoot authentication and federation issues (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).

Handle certificate renewals, secret rotations and identity-related incidents.

Monitor Entra ID health, logs and authentication trends.

Support onboarding of new applications into the SSO ecosystem.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Apply security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles.
