Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions for secure authentication and authorization.
Lead application onboarding, application registration, Enterprise Application setup, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Design and manage Conditional Access policies based on user, location, device compliance, application, and risk conditions.
Establish and maintain identity governance frameworks, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and elevated-access controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot IAM and authentication issues and provide secure, scalable solutions.
Apply security best practices across Azure products, services, and identity solutions.
Utilize Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring, alert creation, investigation, and incident-response automation.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve identity management and security operations.
Provide production support and respond to security incidents, authentication issues, and access-related problems.
Monitor Azure updates, emerging security threats, and industry best practices and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support application integrations and secure identity implementations.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
Expertise in IAM, Authentication, and Authorization.
Strong experience with MFA, SSO, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM.
Hands-on experience with Application Registration and Enterprise Applications.
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and security monitoring.
Knowledge of Azure security services and identity security best practices.
Experience troubleshooting production authentication and authorization issues.
Scripting/automation experience using PowerShell or similar technologies.
Understanding of application and API integration with enterprise identity platforms.
Good understanding of DevOps and software development environments.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft security/identity certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or equivalent.
Experience with Azure security automation and incident response.
Knowledge of identity governance and privileged access management.
Experience integrating Entra ID with SaaS and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Azure logging, monitoring, and security analytics.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
