Description

You manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline and support recruitment workflows in North Billerica.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate potential.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback.
• Serve as the primary contact person for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Email and Job Boards.
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Contract Recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
• Strong organizational skills for pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in recruitment or HR.
