Environment Engineer

You will design, build, and maintain development, testing, and production environments for software applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure hardware, software, and network components for various environments.
• Automate environment provisioning and deployment processes using configuration management tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, configuration errors, and connectivity issues.
• Implement security controls including access management and vulnerability scanning.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and release management teams to ensure smooth code promotion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in environment engineering or infrastructure management.
• Strong background in OCP and IIS.
• Experience with PING, F5, SSO, Authentication, and Logging.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
