Description

Develop and support Ericsson Order Care (EOC) and Ericsson Catalog Management (ECM) systems within the Telecom Order Management domain.

Responsibilities

• Configure products using the SID model in Catalog and manage publishing workflows.
• Implement integrations using web services including REST, SOAP, and MQ.
• Develop business processes and workflows within EOC version 16.
• Manage exception handling, workflow manager, and error handling processes.
• Handle production defects and maintain platform infrastructure components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom Order Management or Concept Wave.
• Hands-on development experience with EOC or ECM version 16.
• Strong Java scripting skills for backend logic.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, and MQ for interface calls.
• Experience with XML, XSD, and JSON data formats.
• Practical experience using Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Catalog driven orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with business rules, info models, and MDRs.

Preferred Skills

• Background in delivering projects within EOC/ECM/ON/OM or ADM teams.
