Description

You will own the build and configuration of Epic Ambulatory modules, focusing on SmartForms and clinical rules rather than training or go-live support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate multiple SmartForms for case management encounters.
• Format and script all questions, answer options, and associated logic within SmartForms.
• Configure and maintain Health Maintenance and CER Rules.

Required Skills

• Epic Ambulatory Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic configuration.
• Strong experience developing SmartForms.
• Hands-on experience with CER Rules.
• Experience configuring Health Maintenance.
• Ability to script complex logic for form responses.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
