Description

You will own the implementation and support of the Epic Wisdom application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize the system.
• Integrate Epic Wisdom with existing healthcare information systems.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting end-user issues and ensuring system stability.
• Analyze workflows to identify areas for optimization and participate in system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst.
• Strong focus on Epic Wisdom configuration and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
