Description

Develop and maintain Epic-based BI solutions for the Supply Chain team, transforming complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including advanced visualizations like bubble charts.
• Integrate and reconcile data from Epic and Infor systems to support spend analysis and operational reporting.
• Analyze Epic clinical and operational data against Supply Chain metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive and operational leaders, translating complex data into clear business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Epic data structures, reporting tools, and data models.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for building scalable, interactive dashboards.
• Experience integrating data from Epic and Infor systems.
• Ability to create complex visualizations, including spend dashboards and comparative analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to present to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data blending and ETL processes for cross-system integration.
• Prior consulting or contract experience in a client-facing role.
