Description

Develop analytics and reporting solutions using the Epic Clarity data model to support clinical and operational decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and transform clinical and operational data.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and application builders to document workflows and capture technical requirements.
• Execute software development life cycle standards, including unit testing, peer reviews, and subject matter expert validation.
• Perform SQL code reviews and mentor junior developers on coding best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical issues to IT management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model development experience (EpicCare Ambulatory and Inpatient).
• 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience.
• Proficiency with Cogito SQL, SlicerDicer, and Radar tools.
• Experience working with clinical workflows and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to follow formal SDLC processes for production migration and publishing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Epic Clarity Data Model/Clinical or Financial certification.
• Experience creating Epic Radar Dashboards from Reporting Workbench or Metric Framework.
