Description

You will own the full interface development lifecycle between Epic and third-party applications, from analysis and design through go-live and ongoing support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage interface development lifecycle including specification, implementation, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and configure interfaces.
• Coordinate testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities with engine developers.
• Create data-translation routines to support Epic and external system formats.
• Diagnose issues and provide permanent resolutions for live interfaces.

Required Skills

• Epic Bridges certification (mandatory).
• 3+ years of Epic implementation and operations support experience.
• 5+ years of Health IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• 8+ years of experience in application development and system integration.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise systems, security protocols, and system architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and data analysis.
• 8+ years of experience managing project timelines and coordinating stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience assessing user needs through direct customer discussion.
