Description

Lead Epic Grand Central and Prelude workflows as the subject matter expert in a fully remote role.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Prelude analysts, managing work products and professional development.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications, process models, and flowcharts.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to unit acceptance testing and deployment.
• Provide application support and resolve admission, discharge, and transfer issues during 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Facilitate workgroups to drive process improvements and ensure software alignment with requirements.

Required Skills

• Active Epic Grand Central (GC) certification.
• Active Epic Prelude certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic implementations.
• Proven experience leading analyst teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to work EST hours on a 100% remote basis.
• Experience documenting technical specifications, test plans, and release notes.
• Capacity to participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Registration Navigator.
• Knowledge of Financial Assistance workflows and Transfer Center operations.
