Epic Cupid Analyst

You will manage Epic Cupid configurations and provide technical support for cardiology clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade applications while validating system configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze user requirements to provide support.
• Create detailed test plans and document all system outcomes.
• Design queries and generate reports to meet departmental needs.
• Provide direct support to users during go-live phases.

Required Skills

• 3 years of Epic Cupid Certification and build experience.
• 3 years of Cardiology workflow knowledge covering both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Proficiency in installing/upgrading applications and validating configurations.
• Ability to create test plans, analyze needs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and IHE health standards.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage interpersonal communications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic Data Courier, Apollo, ISCV, Xcelera, PedCath, PaceArt, GE MacLab/CardioLab, MUSE, CBORD, or Medstreaming.
