Description

You will manage and support EpicCare EMR environments, focusing on clinical laboratory interfaces and order workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient Procedure Orders, and Order Transmittal workflows.
• Utilize the Epic Error Workqueue to resolve lab result issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot clinical laboratory interfaces.
• Monitor and manage HL7 message structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification.
• Inpatient Procedure Orders certification.
• Order Transmittal certification.
• Working knowledge of EpicCare EMR.
• Experience with HL7 message structure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience using the Epic Error Workqueue for lab results.
• Clinical laboratory interface experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex clinical data workflows.
