Description

Coordinate Epic System activities and implement Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, configure, and implement EHR software and related analytics with minimal supervision.
• Work with application teams to determine business needs and document system configurations based on end-user requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Epic system and associated third-party systems by investigating operational processes.
• Respond to service requests and maintain working relationships with end-users.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Epic workflows.
• Experience working with Payer or Provider workflows.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and configure system solutions.
• Experience implementing and maintaining EHR software.
• Ability to document system configurations against business requirements.
• Experience managing third-party system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
