Description

You lead the development and delivery of role-based Epic training programs for state staff.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-based instructional materials, policy documentation, and training procedures.
• Build and test training environments (MST), providing troubleshooting and technical support.
• Facilitate classroom instruction and execute train-the-trainer sessions to credential additional instructors.
• Consult with subject matter experts to translate new content into effective training curricula.
• Manage application assignments by prioritizing tasks and adhering to strict project timelines.

Required Skills

• EpicCare Inpatient - ClinDoc certification.
• Long Term Care and Training Environment Build certification.
• 3+ years of experience in adult education, specifically for healthcare IT or revenue cycle applications.
• 3+ years of experience in job shadowing and presenting technical topics to diverse audiences.
• 3+ years of experience developing and presenting clear, engaging instructional content.
• Proven ability to build and manage Epic training environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for content creation.
• Strong ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical content and apply it to training programs.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Secure Chat, Rover, Clinical Case Management, or Behavioral Health.
