Description

You will own the planning and execution of integration testing for key initiatives, ensuring system stability and defining robust test strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, and scenarios for core initiatives.
• Plan and execute integration and other testing types to verify system stability.
• Resolve software and system issues identified during the testing lifecycle.
• Maintain and roll out testing methodologies and best practices across teams.
• Mentor and coach project managers and internal teams on testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA.
• Direct experience with EPIC systems.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automation.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Experience with manual testing workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Background working within Kaiser systems.
• Experience managing EPIC testing defects from inception to resolution.
• Experience implementing testing traceability by mapping test cases to business requirements.
