Description

You will manage space logistics, optimization, and allocation for training and command center operations during an Epic EHR implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage space allocation plans and update requirements based on EHR implementation timelines and team needs.
• Execute space and technology build-out plans by collaborating with training, command center, facilities, and technical teams.
• Design and manage a space maintenance process and a staff onboarding program for allocated areas.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure all spaces meet safety regulations and accessibility standards.
• Monitor space-related expenditures, including rentals, furniture, and equipment, to ensure budget compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing space planning for Epic EHR implementations.
• Proficiency in space management and allocation logistics.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR implementation workflows.
• Project management expertise, preferably with PMP standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with technical, facilities, and training teams.
