Description

You will manage space logistics and optimization for training and command center operations during an Epic EHR implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update space allocation plans aligned with EHR implementation timelines.
• Execute space and technology build-out plans in coordination with training, command center, facilities, and technical teams.
• Design and manage a space maintenance process and a staff onboarding program.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and accessibility standards.
• Monitor space-related expenditures, including rentals, furniture, and equipment, to ensure budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of space layouts, allocations, and status reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in Epic Space planning and management.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional requirements between technical and facilities teams.
• Experience managing space build-out logistics for large-scale implementations.
• Skills in budget tracking and expenditure reporting.
