Description

Lead the end-user Epic training program, managing implementation, ongoing education, and maintenance across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Epic Principal Trainers, credentialed trainers, and specialty champions for clinical, revenue, access, and analytics workflows.
• Define and communicate EHR training policies, procedures, and curriculum delivery methods.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and refresh schedules of the Master Train (MST) environment and practice playgrounds.
• Execute a role analysis process with project leaders and operational managers to map users to Epic-defined job roles.
• Manage the super user program, including initial training, engagement, and readiness coordination.

Required Skills

• Epic Training Manager Certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in EpicCare Ambulatory Fundamentals classes.
• Ability to sequence training activities logically.
• Experience managing training teams and credentialed trainer programs.
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Cornerstone.
• Ability to develop training environment strategies and manage MST refreshes.
• Experience conducting role analysis and mapping user functions to Epic roles.
