Description

You will manage, support, and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP environment for end users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Epicor support for bug resolution.
• Administer P21 and SQL Server environments, including monitoring, upgrades, and patch management.
• Manage changes across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, enforcing security and user access controls.
• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries, including BAQs and Dynachange modifications.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance, ensuring compliance with change control procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including performance tuning, query optimization, and schema design.
• Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance.
• Proven track record in ERP administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Ability to manage upgrades, patches, and version control in P21 environments.
• Experience supporting application security and managing user roles and permissions.
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing business processes and recommending automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynachange, BAQs, business rules, and other P21-specific customizations.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions.
• Background in change management and process improvement methodologies.
