Description

You will manage and support the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP ecosystem and SQL Server environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer P21 and SQL Server environments, including monitoring, upgrades, patch management, and environment copies for DEV, TEST, and PROD.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and perform root cause analysis, collaborating with Epicor support for bug resolution.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using BAQs, Dynachange modifications, business rules, and portals.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to improve system efficiency and response times.
• Manage application security, user roles, permissions, and change control procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with BAQs and Dynachange modifications.
• Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance.
• Proven track record in ERP administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and version control.
• Experience managing application security and user access permissions.
