Good to Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, knowledge of FCCS or ARCS modules, exposure to SQL and data warehousing concepts, experience with BI reporting tools, familiarity with Agile delivery methodology, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good understanding of financial processes, strong communication with finance and technical teams, ability to work under tight financial close deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain EPM applications for planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, forecasting models, and management reporting.
• Develop business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports for enterprise performance management solutions.
• Configure metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and data models to support financial data management requirements.
• Support data integration between EPM and source systems including ERP and Data Warehouses.
• Work with data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data processing.
• Assist in building and maintaining ETL and data pipelines using various integration tools and technologies.
• Develop business logic using calculation scripts including Groovy, Calculation Manager, and Essbase scripts for automation.
• Automate financial processes such as allocations, consolidations, and currency translations to improve efficiency.
• Optimize performance of EPM applications and data processing jobs to ensure system reliability and speed.
• Build and support financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis using reporting tools and frameworks.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting outputs for enterprise stakeholders and decision makers.
• Provide L2/L3 support for EPM applications including troubleshooting application, data, and performance issues.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close cycles to meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and environment migrations across development, test, and production environments.
• Work closely with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to understand business requirements and processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical EPM solutions and participate in solution design activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and UAT cycles to validate functionality and performance.
• Participate in deployment activities across environments and ensure proper documentation of changes and release notes.

Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in EPM tools or financial systems with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, data integration, financial modeling, and business rule development and scripting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field
