Description

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions for global clients. Own the technical delivery of complex engagements while mentoring junior consultants and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Cost Management.
• Deliver functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer engagements within time and budget constraints.
• Provide pre-sales support, including proposal development, methodology articulation, and client workshops.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with customer management and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Hyperion (Planning, Budgeting, Essbase, Data, FDMEE) and current work in SaaS Cloud.
• Mandatory implementation experience in at least 3 EPM Cloud products (e.g., Planning, FCCS, Account Reconciliation).
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and finance domain.
• Ability to operate independently with sound judgment and professional communication skills.
• Experience working with global customers and willingness to travel abroad for project work.

Preferred Skills

• Solution Architect experience.
• Proven track record in business development and leading detailed solution proposals.
