Description

Lead end-to-end execution of finance transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and ROI expectations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, track milestones, monitor risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration via Smartsheet.
• Partner with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to define scope, manage issues, and drive critical path activities.
• Establish governance and actively engage stakeholders to create and manage integrated schedules, budget constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and interdependencies to ensure deliverables and benefits are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Deep expertise in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and Workday.
• General ERP knowledge and implementation experience.
• Strong background in finance transformation and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
