Description

Lead the Asset Management Platform project to unify systems and business processes across Asset Management and Investor Solutions teams.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship management for Asset Management technology needs and prioritize requirements.
• Liaise between business and data solutions teams to ensure systems, data, and reporting meet investor requirements.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, milestones, scope, resource forecasting, and financial management.
• Drive project progress as a team lead or individual contributor, overseeing resources and work prioritization.
• Identify near-term business needs, advising on risks and costs of technology solutions versus benefits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with PMO tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and database management.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, costs, and profit accountability.
• Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and resource planning.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and mediate disagreements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial services/asset management systems such as Allvue, Everest, or WSO.
• Technical familiarity with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
