Description

You will build and lead the enterprise-wide Quality Assurance program for Identity & Access Management (IAM). You act as the primary Quality Gatekeeper for secure IAM deployments supporting Zero Trust and JIT access models.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end QA strategy for enterprise IAM environments supporting 10k+ identities.
• Validate secure deployments across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and Saviynt.
• Execute JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process testing and lifecycle management validations.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and SoapUI for SSO and MFA integrations.
• Manage test execution and reporting via Jira, Xray, and Zephyr within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA or program management.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Ping Identity.
• Experience with Identity Governance platforms: SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Proficient in JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process testing.
• Strong API testing skills using Postman and SoapUI.
• Experience with SSO and MFA implementations.
• Test management using Jira, Xray, and Zephyr.
• Understanding of CI/CD integration with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
