Description

Design, program, test, and support integrations for the Workforce Management System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Workday, Epic, and Kronos/Dimensions.
• Monitor ETL jobs and interface errors, researching and resolving failures through batch resends.
• Conduct requirements gathering and detailed design sessions to meet business needs.
• Manage server patching, service restarts, and application validation.
• Manage assigned projects independently from analysis through to documentation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in workforce management system support and integration.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Deep experience with Kronos and Dimensions configuration and setup.
• Hands-on experience with Kronos APIs and integration frameworks.
• Proven experience with Boomi integrations and troubleshooting.
• Direct experience managing migrations from Kronos to Dimensions.
• Proficiency with Dimensions Dataview.

Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and requirement documentation skills.
