Description

You will manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of UKG Pro and Dimensions environments, including migrations, system upgrades, and hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations from Dimensions to Pro and manage system upgrades and transformation activities.
• Maintain time clocks (manual, biometric, RFID), resolving clocking errors and failed punches.
• Configure and automate workflows using workflow builder for payroll and pay rules.
• Provide L2 and L3 support, including debugging, triage, root cause documentation, and vendor collaboration.
• Manage data imports and exports across ERP and clinical systems using APIs and connectors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP analysis and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and Dimensions.
• Deep knowledge of UKG Pro features: HR, Talent, Workforce Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Learning Management.
• Experience with Reporting and Analytics modules for time tracking, performance, and tax reporting.
• Proficiency in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and data compliance management.
• Experience integrating Kronos with enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
• Ability to handle configuration and updates to employee information within UKG Pro.
• Experience using ServiceNow for maintenance and support tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow automation and self-service enablement.
