Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to ensure alignment with business processes. You translate stakeholder requirements into detailed system specifications and integrate the ERP with other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain the ERP system to meet organizational needs.
• Analyze system effectiveness and propose enhancements to improve operational processes.
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation, including configurations, data mapping, and process flows.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business application best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and improve operational processes.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with business units and IT teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in IT staffing or related functional roles.
