Description

Act as the functional expert for Retail ERP systems to optimize business processes and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Define business, financial, and operations requirements alongside decision makers and end users.
• Identify and resolve system issues using ERP solutions.
• Analyze design sessions during prototyping to enhance information process flows and operations.
• Develop functional designs to implement business solutions within Retail ERP environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application and business process changes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ERP analysis and system optimization.
• Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Shipping, Warehouse, and Order Management.
• Experience prototyping new systems to enhance business and information process flows.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical system requirements.
• Strong understanding of ERP applications and computer hardware operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
