Description

Design, configure, implement, and support ERP applications on cloud and on-premise environments, primarily focusing on HCM, financials, and SCM modules. You will own the full lifecycle of ERP extensions, from technical specifications to root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute design, configuration, and implementation of ERP applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Build and manage inbound and outbound integrations using BPEL, SOA, and OIC.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data loading, reconciliation, and automation for system integrations.
• Develop SQL, PL/SQL programs and interface processes using Java, UNIX, and Perl scripting.
• Generate test plans, coordinate testing routines, and troubleshoot software bugs and custom requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP application engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Workday (HCM, Financials, SCM focus).
• Strong experience with integration tools: BPEL, SOA, OIC, HDL, PDL, ADFDI, FBDI.
• Development skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, UNIX, and Perl scripting.
• Ability to author technical and functional specifications.
• Experience configuring workflow extensions using middleware tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, BBA, or Information Technology, OR Associate Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
