Description

Lead Workday solution design, configuration, and delivery for post-production managed services engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday managed services activities including enhancements, optimizations, and break/fix support.
• Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Workday solutions, maintaining detailed documentation.
• Manage release management, including assessing new features, conducting regression testing, and overseeing system updates.
• Collaborate with clients to strategize post-production goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in post-production, managed services, or consulting with Workday.
• Direct client interaction experience in Workday Accounting Center.
• Required Workday certification in Accounting Center.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for facilitating collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process improvement and road mapping activities.
