Description

Drive system transformation and manage the transition from PeopleSoft to a modern cloud-based ERP platform across multiple departments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from diverse departments and define detailed system specifications.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the new cloud-based ERP system.
• Evaluate and transition existing processes from PeopleSoft to the modern platform.
• Support management of financial, purchasing, payments, and student interface operations.
• Facilitate organizational change management and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or ERP management.
• Expert-level knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize diverse requirements from various departments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate system capabilities and process gaps.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with organizational change management.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience delivering cloud-based ERP solutions in educational environments.
