Description

You will serve as the functional lead for ERP process analysis and requirements gathering. You will own the end-to-end documentation of business rules, process flows, and user stories while acting as a trusted advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

• Document business rules, requirements, process flows, and project artifacts in collaboration with Business Leads and SMEs.
• Lead business process workshops and design sessions, managing agenda preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Identify system gaps and recommend practical solutions to the business.
• Assist the QA team in developing test scenarios, expected results, and test cases.
• Support the creation and validation of training materials for end-users.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience analyzing processes and requirements within an ERP system.
• Deep functional knowledge in at least one area: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Inventory.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, or data conversion requirements.
• Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio.
• Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and keep stakeholders on track.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project dependencies and deliverables independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the full sale distribution or manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with Fortune 500-1000 companies or on large-scale projects.
