Bridge executive management, product owners, and development teams to deliver ERP software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document business requirements, including internal and external process workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional ERP solutions and configure application integration workflows.
• Define project scope, objectives, and security requirements for all user groups.
• Create product roadmaps, write user stories, and prioritize initiatives to drive scalability.
• Develop user guides, training curriculum, and policies for internal and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis roles specifically focused on ERP systems.
• Proven ability to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience documenting organizational guides, training curriculum, and policies.
• Strong proficiency in workflow diagramming and process mapping.
• Excellent technical writing skills for creating easy-to-follow documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress through published roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in demanding project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
