You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes and data flows.
• Gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support system implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Working knowledge of integration concepts: APIs, REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
• Understanding of integration adapters, process applications, and file transfer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP or SAP ERP.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
