Description

You will bridge executive management, product owners, and development teams to deliver ERP software solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and document business requirements, including internal and external processes and workflow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and user stories.
• Configure functions and workflows to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.
• Identify and resolve gaps between business processes and the ERP application while troubleshooting transactional issues.
• Create user guides, training curriculum, and documentation for internal and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis roles specifically focused on ERP systems.
• Proven experience gathering user requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• Strong ability to write clear, non-technical user guides and training materials.
• Experience defining requirements, scope, and objectives within a demanding project environment.
• Ability to document security requirements for all users.
• Strong communication skills for presenting progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
