You will drive large-scale ERP transformations and business process improvements from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ERP transformations and enterprise integration projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement organizational changes.
• Execute root-cause analysis and issue resolution to improve functional components and controls.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, sponsor expectations, and project risks.
• Oversee data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation or ERP implementation.
• Proven track record managing complex ERP transformations and enterprise integration.
• Expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Strong project management skills, including risk management and change management.
• Ability to perform deep-dive functional analysis while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Advanced data analysis and process improvement capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
